What will be posted here?

I will keep a minimum of a weekly blog, but I am aiming for at least 3 a week documenting accomplishments, setbacks, recipes, products, reviews, workout info and videos. 

Posting new tips, insights and info every week.

Though, we are all human and can take this path together, what works for me might not work for everyone. Know yourself and check with a health professional if you aren’t sure if you should do something. Use your judgement. No one knows more about you than you should. Much love and keep it going.
