Hi all,
So, the scale has decided to cooperate again haha! Or, better put, my body finally released 5+lbs of water weight. On top of that, I registered another 1.8lb loss. That puts me 45lbs down from my start!
Remember, healthy wage started a few days after I started losing.
I wanted to walk the mile and a half to the library sale today but rain is steady falling. Hopefully it gives a respite soon.
The rain is good for the “melons” on the vines though.
Either way, I should get back to accomplishing something today. Maybe I’ll do some cleaning. It’s definitely needed.
