I’m going to do some updating. So, as of Yesterday I was on day 38 of my exercise streak. Last week was probably the lowest exercise burns I’ve had overall, but my knees were off at least 4 days last week.
I was back on the TG yesterday and was able to do 25 pull ups on level 2. It was rough but shows definite improvement.
Next, I’ll post some of my reports from MyFitnessPal.

So you can see I have been keeping up the work. I’ve lost a total of 10.6lbs in 5 weeks. That’s basically a good sized Halloween pumpkin.
