It’s going to be a short one. It’s my guy’s birthday. So, I told him I’d cook what ever he wanted. He requested my homemade pizza. I’ve been making it for over 5 years and since he lives on pizza most of the time, I wanted to make it a little healthier for him ( not a lot but anything is an improvement). So, I experimented and got a good crust recipe for thick soft crust.
Tomorrow, I’ll post the recipe in that section in case you’re interested.
He also requested Blizzards. Haha! So, yeah, it’s a high cal day but still staying under.
I walked my 1 mile again yesterday. I felt it in me that I could easily make it to the store. I also only sat once as well. So definite improvement even with the poor exercise week last week. My heart rate high was 165. That means I never hit 170 at any point. I also walked steady fast for me staying over 2 mph. My hrm says I was walking a mile in 26.32 minutes.
It’s a partly cloudy Sunday here in mid Missouri. I will be heading out for a walk soon. I also will be back to working on the prototype soon.
I slept late today. Isn’t that what days off are for?
So, the scale decided to drop again. I was at 317.2 naked yesterday. ( that is how I usually weigh myself because that’s how I sleep)Today, it was 316.4 naked. I also decided to try with my normal house dress on and it was 317.2 lbs. That means my dress weighs about 0.8lbs which is good to know.
Also, I got a message from Healthy Wage on the 3 month challenge when I posted my weight there.
Remember that is only for the mini challenge. On the full challenge ( 18 months) I am down over 5%. It’s been 48 days since I started tracking. It’s been 44 days on Healthy Wage.
My goal loss for Healthy Wage is losing 35.76% in total. That puts me 16% of the way to this goal.
As far as my personal goals. 300lbs is the first step on those. It’s been over 3 years since I’ve been 300lbs or less. The last below 300lb weight login I have was on myfitnesspal in September of 2017.
It’s crazy how years fly by when we aren’t paying attention.
So, it’s Saturday again. My front fence supplies were just delivered so that shall be done soon -in the next few days if we can get around the raindrops.
With the first half of the 3 month challenge having already come to an end, I thought I’d share some of that time line with you all.
The three month challenge final weigh in must be done by August 13th. That’s a Friday. Not great for my rhythm of weighing in. But sometime that last week I’ll get my lowest weight recorded for them. So far I’m doing ok to lose up to 10%( as long as I can record a loss in the next day or so.) but I’ve definitely slowed down the past couple weeks. This challenge fee will be returned to me around my birthday as long as I lose 10 more by then. That’s all in my schedule so no biggie.
The big Healthy Wage Challenge still has over 72 weeks and I’m nice and ahead of where I need to be to make that. I always like having a cushion.
My needed weight is 215.6 by then but I’m aiming to be closer to my all time low of 206. Here’s my current standing. ( again with no loss yet reported this weekend)
So there you have the challenge updates. I may or may not do another 3 month challenge after this. I would have to have a good reason. It makes me feel bad to possibly hold a team back. That’s guilt and I am working on clearing that.
Apparently, our place is cat Mecca or something. There’s the 4 kittens hanging on the porch, a few in the garden area and at least one half grown hanging around between the two. None of which act tame. Sigh.
Anywho, checked the plants today, all but one are thriving!
I’m off almost all of next week! I will get my protype done, I vow.
