Hi all,
Today, after another mediocre light sleep, we set out around 9:30 to cover the 1 mile walk to Aldi, did the shopping and then walked back. So, around a 2 mile walk, the Polar wasn’t charged enough so didn’t record the full thing.
This evening we will be checking the air layer pods on the peach and hazelnut trees. It was 6 weeks ago we started them, so, they should have good roots started and be ready to transplant.
The scale shifted slightly but likely be a few more days till I see it back at 293 lbs again. We shall see.
Woo, going to laze around a bit get some energy back.
