Hi all,
I slept quite terribly last night. Fell asleep around midnight or so, woke at 3am after having dreams about adjusting and sewing the thigh guards. It was hard to go back to sleep. So I’m tired.
I did though do my Total Gym this morn. I have a bit of a stiff left knee. So, it wasn’t as hard as I typically push the legs, but I did continue on level 3 for arms and was able to push to 15 pull ups. It was way too hard.
I don’t know whether to keep pushing on the thigh guards or take a break. I want to finish them to have them be alpha tested next month.
Oh, did I mention I made 100 straight days on myfitnesspal?

I should really update my picture on there.
