Hi all,
Total Gym Thursday once again. Today I decided to take the plunge. After 15 minutes on level 5 for legs, I went for level 3 on the arms.

I immediately felt a huge difference in everything arm exercise related. I feel it was the right time, though. I’ve been nursing/ half gliding through level 2 for too long.
I only got 10 pull ups in! Only somewhere around 6 minutes of total arm exercise was done when my level two was at 10-14 minutes.
More work to do.
