Hi all,
So yesterday fasted and went for a 1 mile walk in the heat. I sweat a fair amount. I stepped on the scale this morn and I’m up 2lbs. Water weight is a jerk of course. I have to have at least 4lbs or more on me currently.
My back is achy and my left knee looks puffy still. I have 5 days left to get down as much as I can.

I am at peace with however it comes out. I am going to give it my all, though.
I made lucky number 7 prototype this morning and hopefully will feel up to testing it tomorrow morn.
