Today is day 80 on this healthy journey!
What have I accomplished in 80 days?
- Finished rough draft of a book.
- Lost 29lbs
- Lowered my resting heart rate from the high 80s to the high 60s
- Conquered 1.7 mile walk
- Went from level 3 to 5 on legs on Total Gym
- Am able to do 40 pullups on level 2 on Total Gym
- Stayed under calories all but 1 day
- Have gotten to a higher plane spirtually
- Have gotten a front fence installed
- Have invented a product and am on the 5th prototype
- Have surpassed 100 blog posts, 100 followers and over 60 posts in a row
- Increased my water intake by 100+%
- Invested in all aspects of my journey to better health
There’s more but that’s enough for now.
If I can make these changes, you can. 80 days is less than 3 months, less than a quarter of a year. This is but the beginning of my journey, but what a beginning.
