80 Days Strong

Hi all,

Today is day 80 on this healthy journey!


What have I accomplished in 80 days?

So much!

  • Finished rough draft of a book.
  • Lost 29lbs
  • Lowered my resting heart rate from the high 80s to the high 60s
  • Conquered 1.7 mile walk
  • Went from level 3 to 5 on legs on Total Gym
  • Am able to do 40 pullups on level 2 on Total Gym
  • Stayed under calories all but 1 day
  • Have gotten to a higher plane spirtually
  • Have gotten a front fence installed
  • Have invented a product and am on the 5th prototype
  • Have surpassed 100 blog posts, 100 followers and over 60 posts in a row
  • Increased my water intake by 100+%
  • Invested in all aspects of my journey to better health

There’s more but that’s enough for now.

If I can make these changes, you can. 80 days is less than 3 months, less than a quarter of a year. This is but the beginning of my journey, but what a beginning.
