Walking, Sweating and Weighing In

Hi all,

Decided to go walk to store today. So almost 1.5 miles of hilly walking. I sweat buckets. It was done going just over 2mph so a good speed for me. It wasn’t my fastest or furthest but it was a good walk with only one short break. That’s getting better and better!

Well, I also did my weigh in. I’m melting!

I am now 309.4lbs. I’m steady on course for winning the 4th mini challenge and am basically on par for the team challenge, but, sadly, 3 others in the team aren’t even close. Fingers crossed they can turn it around.


Well folks, I need to eat something then get on working on the 3rd prototype.
