Going to be a short one. My back has been bothering me all week. I have been trying to stretch it out and relax, but so far still bothering me. Hopefully it will feel good enough to hit the TG in the morning.
One way or another, I’m not letting myself guilt trip over this. My body is telling me not to and I am listening. I have been keeping my calories low and will be back to exercising as soon as my back feels better. It should be soon. It is not an injury but unusual activity for my cycle. So, it should pass soon.
