So, no sleeping in for me this morning, but already through with many of my Monday’s chores.
As for the important bits, I have logged another scale loss ( told you the scale was a bloody liar haha!). I also have taken my monthly measurements and pictures.
Without further ado:
- Neck:16 inches. 15.75 inches
- Bust: 61.25 inches 59.5 inches
- L Bicep: 17 inches 16.5 inches
- Waist: 51.5 inches 50 inches
- Hips: 61 inches 60 inches
- L Thigh: 29 inches 28.5 inches
- L calf: 20 inches 19.8 inches
So as you can see improvement in every area! A total of 5.7 inches gone!
Now, I said I did the pictures as well. So, here they are:
Not great pictures but you can see some improvement there.
