Hi all! Been dealing with a headache on and off the last two days. Still stuck to my calorie limits and exercise goals. I did some outside chores and some of my dance-aerobics yesterday. I plan to take a walk and do some total gym work. Probably still going to skip the core focus. The abs are still a little sore. The muscles can’t repair or build while still being used.
Anywho, here are my stats for last week if interested:
The weekend was overall ok. The temps are down and it’s nice out, but the little town we live in tries to act like an HOA about grass or weeds. The picky behavior of the city council is the most annoying thing about living here. But the chores were more exercise, so there’s that. We’ll get it all done up ASAP.
